Provide logistical support to the Assistant Director of Recreation and Wellness, Outdoor Adventures that will include both office work as well as days in the field. Assist with the supervision and mentoring of 30 volunteer trip leaders working with Outdoor Adventures. Continually help to improve and facilitate justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion based programming and content  Provide assistance with the marketing of all outdoor programming, including print materials, on campus and digital advertisement, and social media.
