Design, create, plan, implement and evaluate the Recreational Sports Outdoor Program Climbing Program. This includes supervision and training of a dedicated student staff, management of two indoor climbing walls, including one of the oldest collegiate walls in the country, and climbing trip, clinic and workshop development and implementation among other climbing related offerings. Support the mission and activities of UMD RSOP through whole-unit, campus, and community involvement. To meet the demands and expectations of this position, work hours will vary greatly from day to day, week to week and season to season.
