About the Opportunity The Campus Recreation Associate Director, Programs serves on the department three-person senior leadership team and assists the Director with the operational, financial and personnel functions of the Campus Recreation department; serves as a central administrator for the buildings, programs/events, and services. Reporting to the Director of Campus Recreation, the Associate Director is responsible for coordinating the daily operations, staffing, and strategic visioning for the department as well as the student development initiatives.
