The Assistant Director, Climbing Center and Outdoor Programs oversees day-to-day leadership and administrative functions of the Climbing Center including hiring, training, scheduling and supervision of student employees. The Assistant Director manages the Climbing Center budget, employee payroll, and is responsible for researching, purchasing, and the maintenance/repair of the facility and equipment. The position will be responsible for designing, planning, scheduling, publicizing, coordinating, and instructing a variety of instructional trips, instructional programs, and classes within the Student Recreation Center Climbing Center and Outdoor Program.
