The Associate Director of Fitness & Wellness serves as a valued member of the Recreation unit leadership team working strategically to advance opportunities for Northwestern University. Under the administrative direction of the Senior Associate Director of Recreation, the Associate Director of Fitness & Wellness has the overall responsibility and provides coordination and guidance for the daily operations, services, programs, and marketing of Fitness & Wellness programs, services, and special events. This includes, but is not limited to student, faculty, staff, and community member focused programs and services related to specific areas of responsibility; budget and accounting functions; personnel management; public relations; customer service; and other matters related to Northwestern
