The Associate Director of Leadership & Programs reports to the Director of Campus Recreation & Wellness and serves as a member of the departmental Executive & Leadership Teams. The Associate Director is charged with the responsibility for overseeing the development, marketing, implementation, and evaluation of programs in Intramural Sports, Club Sports, Special Events, Adventure & Team Training and Athletic Training. Additionally, the Associate Director is responsible for overseeing departmental fundraising and sponsorships, donor relations, assessment, and student employee development.
