This position manages the operation of the Falcon Outdoor Adventures program, including the daily operation of the equipment rental center, climbing wall, bouldering wall, bike shop, trips program, and single-day clinic or events. This position is responsible for coordinating external rentals with community groups such as birthday parties, school outings, church gatherings, and team-building events taking place in Falcon Outdoor Adventures. This position is also the coordinator of the Learn-to-Climb youth climbing program. This position manages the enforcement of policies, program development and expansion, participant eligibility, and risk management associated with Falcon Outdoor Adventures.
