The Coordinator of Competitive Sports develops and administers policies and procedures for the effective and efficient operation of a comprehensive competitive sports program; supervises and mentors Competitive Sports Graduate Assistant(s); recruits a diverse staff and hires, trains, motivates, mentors, supervises and evaluates all student staff; serves as liaison to assigned sport clubs; reserves facility space for competitive sports programs; administers captains meetings, treasurers trainings, presidents' meetings and other competitive sports trainings/meetings;; serves as a representative of the department and program at various meetings and events; administers the software used in the competitive sports area; some evening and weekend work required. 40% Recruits a diverse sta
