The Assistant Director reports to the Director of Adventure Education and Outdoor Programs and leads the Outdoor Pursuit department.  This department includes the indoor climbing and bouldering walls, equipment rental center, outdoor trips, events, clinics, student guide development, outdoor pre-orientation trips, and support for other college outdoor initiatives. Outdoor Pursuit consists of the Assistant Director who trains and manages a student leadership team, 12-15 rental office/climbing wall staff, and 20-30 outdoor trip guides and guides in training.
