Job Overview: The Associate Director, Facilities and Operations provides oversight and direction for a multitude of current and anticipated facility projects and renovations as well as leadership for the daily management and supervision of the Campus Recreation Center (CRC) and satellite facilities. As a member of the senior leadership team, responsibilities will also include staff management and success, strategic planning, fiscal development and oversight, and establishment of policies and procedures.    Essential Functions: Serve as a senior leadership team member and collaborate to develop and achieve the department's mission, vision and goals.
