In conjunction with the Director of Athletics, Recreation & Physical Education, the Associate Athletics Director, Recreation & Physical Education will direct, plan and organize UMBC’s Recreation & Physical Education programs and support functions. This position will oversee all full-time administrators and staff of the department and part-time student employees, coaches and instructors for the following programs: fitness, outdoor, aquatics, intramurals and club sports and all recreation facilities.
