Job Summary: The Assistant Director of Community Programs is responsible for the overall planning, implementation, and evaluation of a robust portfolio of programs for youth and adults: American Red Cross Courses, swim lessons, ice skating lessons, self-defense, and youth programs including a 9-week summer camp program service 160 campers per week.The Assistant Director of Community Programs will serve as a key leader within the Programs Team reporting to the Associate Director of Programs.
