This position will provide leadership and support for all internal business operations, including an excess of $23M budget, internal/external budgetary functions, and fiscal management requirements of the Department. The incumbent will directly oversee payroll, accounting, membership, marketing and communications units. This Associate Director supports the Director on any assigned department initiatives and works collaboratively with department staff to ensure brand integrity and awareness, promoting a favorable public image of University Recreation & Wellness (RecWell).
