The Department of Campus Recreation at East Tennessee State University is seeking two (2) graduate assistants for 2025-2026 academic year in the following areas: facility operations & aquatics (1) and outdoor adventure (1).  The goal of our graduate assistantship program is to foster the development of up-and-coming recreational professionals by immersing them in a hands-on recreational facility. Graduate assistants will gain knowledge in their primary program area, as well as student employee management and development, leadership theory, and risk management.
