Job Summary: The Assistant Director of Member Services is a full-time employee under the supervision of the Director of Member Engagement. They will manage the member services program for the division including staffing, membership sales, locker rentals, merchandise, and customer inquiries, and will supervise two Coordinators of Member Services, up to two professional interns, and approximately 150 part-time student employees.They are directly responsible for the oversight of member services across the Nicholas Recreation Center and the Bakke Recreation & Wellbeing Center.
