RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:General:• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, evaluate, schedule, and professionally develop the student Fitness and Wellbeingstaff• Coordinate and maintain proper certification of all fitness personnel• Develop necessary promotional materials for the programs• Responsible for general maintenance and set-up/break down of all Recreation Center equipment.• Aid in the development and revision of facility, program and training manuals• Oversee the purchase and inventory of facility and program equipment• Implement risk management procedures• Maintain accurate reports that include forms, participant numbers and other program data.• Evaluate program offerings and make reco
