The Coordinator of Rock Climbing at the University of Oregon is a full time, 12-month position in the Department of Physical Education and Recreation. The Coordinator provides leadership in the management of the indoor climbing facility, including rock climbing lessons, youth rock climbing camps, community programs, special events, and teaching Physical Education Rock Climbing courses.The Coordinator of Rock Climbing at the University of Oregon is responsible for the operations, staffing, program planning, budget management, and facilities and equipment oversight for the Rock District which includes a 30 feet tall rock wall with more than 2,800 square feet of top-rope and lead climbing, and a bouldering wall.
