Oversee the proper execution of fitness programmatic plans in accordance with the MSU Recreational Sports & Fitness Services (RSFS) purpose, vision and values under the supervision of the Assistant Director for Fitness; recruit, hire, train, schedule, approve payroll, supervise, and evaluate student and part-time employees, including personal trainers, small group program instructors, fitness attendants, and program managers; create and present training and leadership development materials for Fitness and Wellness part-time staff; assist in the development and publishing of group fitness class schedules and format descriptions to align with current trends and the diverse interests of the MSU community; track and analy
