University of Washington Recreation’s mission is to provide safe, accessible, and dynamic recreation experiences to engage students in growth and wellbeing. The Rec Clubs manager will manage a comprehensive Rec Club program, which includes oversight and supervision of approximately 40 student sport clubs, and their associated activities including Martial Arts & Sports Skills classes, and Friday Night Archery activities. Develop and implement policies and procedures for all program operations in accordance with department, university, and applicable league rules.  Provide a developmental curriculum for Club leaders. Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise approximately 20 temporary staff instructors. Plan and allocate budgeted resources. Manage the Student Recreation Fund. I
