The Wellness and Fitness Technician Senior supports the daily operations of MCC’s two Fitness Centers, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all users. This role includes overseeing and training part-time employees and student workers, providing excellent customer service, and managing personal training, group fitness, and employee wellness programs. The Wellness and Fitness Technician Senior also assists with the coordination of Physical Education course logistics, including scheduling, space readiness, and faculty support.
