Job Description Summary The Assistant Director assumes functional & administrative responsibility for the Learn to Swim & Dive program, and American Red Cross Program. This position assists with training of lifeguard staff, students and community, while providing program, facility, and event coverage. Job Description Direct the Learn to Swim & Dive program including training, supervision, hiring, discipline & scheduling. Direct manage and evaluate private swim lessons. Direct the American Red Cross program (5-8 instructors) including training, supervision, hiring, discipline and scheduling. Direct and manage the daily operation of the aquatic center & recreational sports center while manager on duty.
