Under the general supervision of the Senior Associate Director for Programming, the Associate Director provides leadership to and management of assigned areas, including Fitness and Well-being, Marketing, Membership, and Outreach. This position is a member of the department Leadership Team and will work collaboratively with the other Associate Directors to support the staff who execute the day-to-day. The Associate Director is expected to have a thorough understanding of departmental vision, mission, values, and goals, as well as student development theory, and be able to communicate this information with Assistant Directors, Coordinators, and part-time staff.   Specific responsibilities include: Direct supervision and support of 2 Assistant Directors
