JOB SUMMARY:   The Executive Director position is under the direct supervision of the VLPRA Board, the Director is responsible for the implementation of agency policy and the overall management of the parks and recreation system. The primary function of the Director is to carry out the Authority’s statutory responsibilities and to enact and follow the policies adopted by the VLPRA Board.
