The Assistant Director of Esports will serve as the advisor and head coach for the UNCG Esports Club in addition to managing the daily operations of the brand new 3,300 square-foot UNCG Esports Arena. The Assistant Director will develop and implement all student activity and programming related to the space. The position will also support broader esports initiatives at UNCG, in collaboration with the university’s Esports Executive Committee. This position will work with part-time coaches, students, and campus partners to develop a healthy community of gamers and to reinforce our values of equity and inclusion in the gaming community.
