The department consists of several functional units including the Adventure Leadership Institute (ALI), Fitness and Wellness, Operations and Member Services, Aquatics and Sport Programs.   The Recreation Operations and Membership Coordinator provides leadership, supervision and risk management oversight to Recreation Operations Staffing, building operations and customer management. The Coordinator hires, trains, evaluates and supervises Recreation Operations Staff, including lead and front line staff.
