The Assistant Director, Esports will work collaboratively with the Senior Assistant Director to develop and oversee Esports at RecWell to maintain and expand esports offerings and staff operation. This includes fiscal management, staff development, program outreach, and identifying and implementing program modifications to serve the gaming community more completely. This position will collaborate often with other units on campus with gaming initiatives.
