Job Duty 1 - Provide leadership as a senior staff member of Campus Recreation, working directly with the Sr. Director and other senior staff to establish strategic goals and process decisions.
Job Duty 2 - Advise the Sr. Director on matters of policy and development for future department direction. Anticipate needs, identify trends, and coordinate special projects and initiatives as needed for the department.
Job Duty 3 - Provide overall administration to the areas of Competitive Sports, Fitness, ORGT, and Business and Partnership Development to include organizational structure, budgets, staffing, resource allocation, special projects, policies and procedures, and strategic planning.
Job Duty 4 - Develop annual program area goals, learning outcomes, appropriate assessment tools, and an annual calendar of programs/events (non-credit classes, special events and programs) designed to increase outreach for the campus community and maximize participation.
Job Duty 5 - Develop and implement a plan for phasing in new programs and events to maximize participation and revenue.
Job Duty 6 - In collaboration with SEWB Development team, support the creation of partnerships and relationships with donors and potential sponsors in order to enhance the student experience on campus.
Job Duty 7 - Collaborate with Housing and Residential Life to execute well-being plan for satellite facilities and residential locations on campus.
Job Duty 8 - Serve in a leadership capacity externally at the Sr. Director's request by attending SEWB meetings, serving on committees, and working on special projects for the division.
Job Duty 9 - Evaluate current program offerings and make recommendations on rates for program participation.
Job Duty 10 - Perform other related duties as assigned
