Some key components of this position include:
Comprehensive management of a year-round intramural sports program encompassing over 41 sport leagues/events with over 2,190 teams and over 4,150 unique participants annually
In tandem with the Assistant Director, Sport Clubs and Camp, creative autonomy for a nine week, activity-centered youth camp, and supervision of three camp supervisors and 15 camp counselors
Collaboration with university and community stakeholders to promote health and wellbeing
Involvement in strategic departmental and divisional initiatives
