The Fitness Program encompasses Group Fitness and Personal Training. The Fitness program provides a comprehensive schedule of group fitness classes, custom class programs and individual, partner and small group personal training for students, faculty/staff, and other members. Participants have an opportunity to experience over 60 different classes weekly taught by student instructors. The energy-packed, diverse Group Fitness program gives participants the opportunity to achieve their fitness goals. Personal Trainers work closely with clients to provide safe and efficient workouts with innovative ways to improve client’s health while helping them achieve their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with the development and coordination of fitness special events and instructional programs.
Assisting with the development and implementation of fitness class formats.
Teaching group fitness classes and personal training as needed.
Coordinating and implementing surveys and inputting results.
Planning and evaluating program publicity.
Mentoring student team members.
Assisting with participant data collection and statistical analysis.
Hiring, training, supervising and evaluating instructors and personal trainers.
Participating in coordinating, programming, and scheduling student team members.
Assist in conducting and planning monthly team member meetings and development sessions.
Update and implement instructor training and staff manuals.
Assist in teaching the ACE Group Fitness Prep Course and ACE Personal Training Prep Course.
