Job Summary  Under the direct supervision of the Associate Director – Programs & Assessment, the Assistant Director – Competitive sports provides direct management and oversight for the daily operations of all associated competitive sports programming (Intramurals & Sport Clubs) and facilities within Campus Recreation aimed at fostering a culture of wellness, safety, and holistic wellbeing among TU's diverse student body. This incumbent provides development and administration of a comprehensive competitive sports program that offers inclusive recreational opportunities promoting the development of student leaders and healthy lifestyles through physical activity including but not limited to intramural and sport clubs facility management,
