Reporting to the Director of Recreational Services, the Member Services Manager is responsible for providing quality patron experiences, and assisting with the management of Recreation Center daily operations. To succeed in this role, you will need to be passionate about customer service and mentoring student staff. Program Oversight Oversee all aspects of the Rec Center Memberships Services program, including student, faculty, staff and community access. Supervise members services related operations including customer service desk and equipment check out. Develop and execute a new member recruitment marketing plan and member retention program; collaborate with marketing coordinator on efforts. Advance program efficiency
