The Member Services Coordinator manages the member management software system for the Department of Recreational Sports, including training student employees throughout all facilities and general setup and administration; act as department liaison to Student Life Information and Technology regarding system updates and maintenance; directly leads a team of 125 student employees in Member Services at the Recreation and Physical Activity Center (RPAC); works closely with Staff Training and Development Coordinator to create customer service training.
Anticipated salary - $55,700

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3 years of relevant experience required.
4-8 years of relevant experience preferred.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with Member Management Software used for Collegiate Recreation.
2 years GA experience or one year professional staff experience.
